Lazy Sunday // Pamper Routine

March 3, 2015

Is it really March already? Man, this year is flying by. Today’s post will be all about what I do on those lazy Sundays and what products that I use to pamper myself.

This past Sunday, I had a mini pamper session after I got home from running a few errands. My week wasn’t that best, so I wanted to do something to cheer myself up a little. The first thing I did was dye my hair. I usually use a different volume of developer and this one made the color a little darker. I’m not too sure how I feel about it, but hopefully it’ll fade back into what it was soon.

After my 30 minutes was up, I hopped into the shower. I used the Tresemme Keratin Smooth Shampoo to wash out the dye and the conditioner to condition my hair. I love Tresemme and have been using their products for years. All of their conditioners make my hair super soft and easy to brush through.

Because I was pampering myself, I decided to use my new favorite body wash. It’s a mint and tea tree one that I had purchased from Boots in London. Every time my dad comes back to the states, he brings me a few bottles, since we can’t get it here. It smells so good and I get so excited when I get to use it.

After my shower, I washed my face with the Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub. I have been dealing with hormonal breakouts and I recently purchased this to help combat it. The only thing I don’t like about it is the smell, but it seems to be working, so I’ll just have to deal with it. I usually use the Clean and Clear exfoliating scrub, which is my holy grail cleanser that I have been using for years.

After washing my face, I put on the Freeman’s Chocolate and Strawberry Facial Clay Mask. It smells like chocolate and really works to help brighten and tone my skin. If I hadn’t of used a face mask, I would’ve used the Simple Soothing Facial Toner after washing my face. I haven’t been using this long, but so far, I am loving it.

Once I washed off my face mask, I brushed out my hair with my new wet brush and used the Garnier Fructis Leave-In Conditioning Cream. I’ve been using this for over a year now and I use it every time I wash my hair. It really helps to combat my frizzy, dry hair, and I notice a huge difference when I don’t use it.

I hope y’all enjoyed this post. In the comments below, let me know what products you love to use for your pamper sessions. I would love to find out about some new products that I can try out. 🙂

xoxo, Brittaney
