blog Music August 2, 2016 Waterparks | Vans Warped Tour 2016

On Sunday, I got to photograph my friends in Waterparks again. It was so nice to see them perform at such a huge festival and have a large crowd. I’m used to the hometown shows and it’s heartwarming to see them so well-received in a different state. Here are some of my favorite shots that I took during their set. Enjoy!

I had the opportunity to cover the VerseCity and Cher Lloyd concert at Frontier Fiesta on March 27th. It was the first time I shot in a stadium and I really enjoyed it. The lighting was incredible also. Here’s some of my favorite shots from the show.

blog Music September 11, 2014 Shadow of Whales Concert Review | August 30, 2014

Hello everyone! I’m back with a concert review! I recently had the chance to represent Hit It Off Media and take photos for Shadow of Whales at their concert in Houston on August 30th. They played at Warehouse Live and the show was amazing. I’m so happy that I had the chance to cover their show. I definitely found one of new favorite bands.

blog Music April 14, 2014 Small Talk

My friends in Dear You wrote a song about something that has happened in my life that I am just beginning to be able to speak about. It’s called ‘Small Talk’ and it is a perfect representation of myself and what I’ve gone through these past few years. With my permission, they have released this song through their Soundcloud and Tumblr account.

blog Music February 23, 2014 Paradise Fears Battle Scars Acoustic & In the Round Tour Review | February 20-21, 2014

I’ve been a fan of Paradise Fears for over 2 years now and this tour has been unlike any other that I have been to. You can tell a lot of thought was put into how the show would be laid out. The stage is set in the middle of the room with the crowd surrounding it. You are then encouraged to get as close to the stage as possible, but being mindful and courteous to the bands on stage. (So no grabbing/pulling the band members… *winks*) This is certainly different than any other tour they’ve done. Usually there are barricades and space between the crowd and the stage (for protection, of course). I really loved how intimate the Houston show was. We were the smallest crowd of the tour so far, but it was really nice.
